Your license, profiles and billing — all in one place.
Everything in one place
Pick a section on the left. Here is where each one takes you.
License key
Paste this into FramePal to activate. It is hidden until you ask for it — use Reveal key to see it, or the copy button, which reveals it for you.
Devices

Freeing a slot takes effect instantly — activate your new machine right after.
Subscription
Manage your plan and payment method.
Invoices
Receipts and VAT invoices are generated by Stripe and live in its billing portal.
Danger zone
Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone.
Usage this cycle

Every AI call FramePal makes is metered here — which feature ran, what it cost, and when the allowance resets. We record the counts and the cost, never the transcript or the prompt.
Channel profiles
Each profile learns one channel's style.
Profiles are created inside FramePal and copied here automatically. Paste your key into FramePal on another Mac and they come down by themselves.
Downloads
Always grab the latest build.
Apple Silicon only (M1 or later). FramePal cannot run on an Intel Mac — there is no fallback, and it simply will not open. Needs Premiere Pro 25.6+.
Getting FramePal running
Four steps, about two minutes. You only do this once.
- Install the app Download the .dmg from the Downloads page, open it, and drag FramePal into your Applications folder. Launch it from there rather than from the disk image — an app running off an ejected volume loses its panel.
- Paste your activation key FramePal asks for it the first time it opens. It is on the License page here, and it was in your welcome email. That is the only thing you ever paste — no API keys, no Terminal.
- Open the panel in Premiere Pro In Premiere: Window → Extensions → FramePal. Nothing appears to happen, and that is correct — the extension has no window of its own, it just connects the app to Premiere. The app stops saying "Waiting for Premiere Pro" the moment it lands.
- Transcribe your sequence Most features read the transcript. In Premiere, select your clips and use Window → Text → Transcribe. FramePal can also transcribe the sequence itself if Premiere has not.
If the app says it cannot find Premiere: the panel has not been opened yet, or Premiere is busy with a dialog or an export — it reconnects by itself within a few seconds. FramePal never restarts Premiere for you.
Still stuck?
Two things make a bug report actionable.
- Save the log In FramePal: ⋯ → Debug console → Save log to Desktop. It writes a file named with your version and copies the path. The log is the one artefact that explains what happened.
- Send it over on Discord Post it in the support channel with what you were doing when it went wrong.
